Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Season pork chop with salt, pepper on all sides
Heat skillet on medium/high heat and add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Cook pork chop on all sides for estimate 2 min per side or until browned. This would include sides/ends of pork chop as well. Once browned transfer pork chop to sheet pan and place in oven for 12 - 15 min or until internal temperature of pork chop reaches 150 degrees. Discard oil. Let pork rest for 5 min before serving.
