Ingredients: 1.5 lbs salmon ( divided into 4 ) 2 Tablespoons soy sauce 2 teaspoons honey 1 Tablespoon of lime juice (about 1 lime's worth) 10 oz frozen green beans (fresh would also work) * CLICK TO SEE FULL INGREDIENTS *
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 F degrees.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and honey. Divided salmon among 4 sheets of foil. Place a salmon filet in the center of each sheet of foil. Brush each filet evenly with soy mixture.
Squeeze lime juice over each filet, and season with a pinch of salt/pepper. Divided and place green beans and garlic slices on top of each filet. Season beans with salt/pepper to taste and top with a tab of butter.
