Vegetarian Teriyaki Burgers


Ingredients:
1/4 cup quinoa
3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil, divided
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small red pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

Instructions:
  • Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Add quinoa and cook until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
