These moist banana bread donuts are baked, not fried! So simple to make and so delicious with a rich chocolate glaze on top.

Ingredients:
2 mashed bananas
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3/4 cup All Purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg


Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350ºF.

Whisk together the bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla, and vegetable oil. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until batter forms.
