When I was a kid there was only one kind of meatball to me. The ones we had in my Nana’s or Mom’s sauce on Sunday’s. Nowadays there is every kind of meatball you can think of. I’ve seen buffalo chicken meatballs and even meatballs with apples in them.

Ingredients:2 lbs of Mixed ground meat with Veal, Pork, and Beef6 Tbsp Vegetable Oil1 1/2 Cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese2 Eggs2 Tsp Salt2 Tsp Pepper2 Tsp Garlic Powder2 Tsp Parsley, choppedetcInstructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
