This quick and easy low carb dessert recipe is my favorite keto treat so far! It only requres 5 ingredients, and you probably already have them on hand. It's perfect for a ketogenic or atkins diet. Simply whip it up, freeze it, and then enjoy. It's like a super thick shake!
Yield: 3 Servings
Ingredients:1 cup heavy whipping cream2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder1 tbsp almond butter1 tsp vanilla extract5 drops liquid stevia (or sweetener of your choice)etcetcetcetcetcInstructions: In a medium size bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the heavy cream for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend again until the mixture becomes the consistency of a thick whipped cream or frosting.
