2 eggs beaten
1 cup Panko

    Ingredients:
    2 8 oz Ribeye steak
    salt
    freshly cracked black pepper

    Instructions:
  • Prepare Garlic Butter by mixing butter, parsley garlic, worcestershire sauce, and salt until thoroughly combined. Place in parchment paper and roll into a log. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Remove steak from fridge and allow to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes. Rub a little bit of olive oil on both side of the steak and season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.Grease your Air Fryer basket by rubbing a little bit of oil on the basket. Preheat Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Once preheated, place steaks in air fryer and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.* Remove from air fryer and allow to rest for 5 minutes.     Ingredients:
    2 teaspoon vegetable oil
    2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
    1 packet (0.85 oz) Old El Paso™ chicken taco seasoning mix
    3 tablespoons water
    3/4 cup (from 16-oz can) Old El Paso™ traditional refried beans

    Instructions:
  • In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken, taco seasoning mix and water; stir until well coated. Cook uncovered 4 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chicken is heated through.
  • In small bowl, stir together beans and chiles. Place tortilla on work surface, and spread about 3 tablespoons of the bean mixture in middle of tortilla. Top with about 1/4 cup of the chicken and 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Fold sides of tortilla in. Fold bottom over filling and sides. Roll tightly to enclose filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Brush outside of each filled tortilla with melted butter; place 4 in basket of air fryer, seam side down. Set to 400°F; cook 4 minutes. Turn; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned and heated through. Repeat with remaining 4 filled tortillas.

    1 cup rice flour
    1 cup panko bread crumbs (gluten-free or regular)
    2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes, divided
    2 tablespoons Follow Your Heart VeganEgg powder*
    2/3 cup cold water

  • Set up 3 shallow dishes on the counter: Place the rice flour in one dish. In the next dish whisk together the VeganEgg powder, 1 tablespoon of the nutritional yeast flakes and 2/3 cup water. Whisk until smooth. In the last dish, mix together the panko bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast and a few pinches of salt and pepper.
  • Working with one veggie fry at a time, dip in the rice flour, then VeganEgg mixture, then breadcrumb mixture, pressing to set coating. Make as many veggie fries as you like.
  • Lightly spray the basket of the air fryer (or a parchment lined baking sheet). If using the baking sheet you’ll need to use more oil. Carefully place the veggie fries in the basket, give them a quick mist of oil and set the fryer at 380°F for 8 minutes, or until golden and crispy. If baking these in the oven, preheat the oven to 425°F and bake for about 15 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
